About
I'm Abilash Praveen. For nearly two decades, I've been building technology solutions for businesses across India and internationally through my company, Consign IT. We work with AWS infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, web hosting, network security, and web development. I am an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification and am a Senior Member of IEEE, and a member of IEEE Women in Engineering and Young Professionals.
In October 2022, my wife Percy Jebamalar passed away after a long battle with cancer. Those years of walking alongside her through illness and loss transformed how I understood suffering, care, and what it means to truly serve someone.
Out of that experience, the Percy Jebamalar Legacy Foundation (PJLF) was born. Its programme, SEEDS (Supportive and Empathetic Engagement in Delivering Sustenance), provides palliative care, pain and symptom management, old age day care, a children's learning centre, emotional support, and bereavement counselling. We work with medical partners including Pallium India and Shanthi Hospital, guided by a vision that every person facing serious health-related suffering deserves holistic, compassionate, personalised care.
After Percy's passing, God brought Ratna into my life. Together, we continue to serve through the church, SEEDS, and the community.
I also serve as a pastor in the Tirunelveli-Tenkasi region of Tamil Nadu, leading a church community, preaching in both English and Tamil, and engaging in village ministry and children's programmes. My pastoral work is inseparable from everything else I do — it is the foundation that shapes how I lead, how I serve, and how I approach both technology and humanitarian work.
These three vocations — technology, humanitarian service, and pastoral care — are not separate careers. They are expressions of the same calling. The same discipline that designs a cloud infrastructure is what organises a palliative care visit. The same heart that shepherds a congregation is what drives compassionate service to families in crisis.
“The Spirit of God filled Bezalel not for miracles but for skilled, detailed, daily work — craftsmanship, design, teaching. In Him I can do everything — technology, palliative care, elder care, children, widows, food programmes, governance, asset management. Without Him I can do nothing.”

Vision
To ensure that every person I serve — whether a business client, a patient in need, or a member of my church — receives the best of what I can offer: expertise, compassion, and integrity. To build systems that work, serve people who hurt, and live with a purpose that outlasts any single endeavour.
